LAPD Treating Jackson Death as Homicide | TMZ.com.
Finally there is more a direct link between Michael Jacksons death and Dr. Conrad Murray for the LAPD to begin treating this as a homicide and not anything accidental. Homicide was pretty much on the plate when the doc went missing for a couple of days post Michaels death and also when it was learned that he waited to call 911 for about a half hour. Sounds like something that you hear on Snapped or Unsolved Mysteries - calling the hospital or cops after cleaning up the mess.
Anyway, according to TMZ, Dr. Murray is the prime target of the LAPDs focus as there is evidence that dear ole doc gave it to Michael Jackson the day he died.

A student is someone who is presupposed not to have any income. They might also be studying away from their parents home and maybe even in a different state. In the case of a sudden loss of income from their parents, students would be stuck in the middle of a semester or an exam, not being able to pay their fees. This is where quick student loans could come in very useful.
In the case of normal student loans, there are many benefits given by the student loan provider. For instance, students are not expected to repay their student loan until after they have finished their college education and have found a way of earning for themselves and also students do not have to travel to collect the student loan because the loan money is credited to them by electronic transfer.
These long-term student loans are liked by students, since they can then invest in their courses. However, the more money a student borrows, the more they will have to pay in interest at the maturity of the loan. This is often harsh on students especially when the maturity date falls not very long after they end their college courses.
Quick student loans are something else entirely and taken out for a very much shorter time period, typically for about a month or two. After this period expires the student is suppose to repay the loan and the interest in one go - there arent any installments in this method of repayment .
The whole of the student loan and the interest on that loan is expected to be repaid on the due date. This can be difficult for college students who do not have a real income, although these quick student loans do not carry much interest since the period of the student loan is so short.
Despite all the benefits of a quick student loan, it could still go horribly wrong for the student. For example if they waste the money in an improper way. Instead of using the money for the purpose it was lent, which is usually education, students could be tempted to spend the loan on unnecessary activities. This could spell the end for the students academic life, because they will have to find a way of earning money to repay the loan.
Many quick student loan providers show their information on the Internet, so that you can compare their student loan (consolidation) rates. Your education doesnt come cheap, so rather than lose the opportunity to finish your education, let a quick student loan provider give a quote on a quick student loan, which may just be the helping hand you need to start you off on a career.

A small square of plastic, no bigger than a credit card, is all that stands between Pralhad Dandekar and his ability to bring home food for his wife and two daughters. It is an identity card, issued by the state government, which all fishermen on the open seas are required to carry.
Dandekar, a wiry 58-year-old, says he applied for the card two years ago. "I wait, wait, wait," he said.
India has a huge identity problem: too many people like Dandekar struggle to definitively establish who they are. Indians of means can flash passports, driver's licenses, and credit cards, but the poor rely on a jumble of electricity bills, ration cards, voting cards, and letters from local officials - none of which is foolproof. That has made it harder for them to get jobs, open bank accounts and establish property rights, stymieing their ability to participate in, and in turn fuel, India's growth. It has also increased the potential for graft in India's massive social subsidy programs.
Enter outsourcing guru Nandan Nilekani, the man India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has tasked with identifying India's masses.
On July 15, Nilekani will take over as director of the Unique Identification Authority of India, a new government office that plans to issue national identity cards to all 1.2 billion Indian citizens.
Nilekani, 54, rose to prominence as a founder of Infosys Technologies Ltd., India's second-largest outsourcing firm, and has become an expert at expounding the revolutionary social potential of technology.
"Identity has become a basis for exclusion," he said over coffee in Mumbai. "The poor have no access to identity. Therefore all the time they are running around re-establishing their identity."
His best-selling 2008 book, "Imagining India: Ideas for the New Country," reads like a blueprint for improving governance in India - though he insists that when he wrote it he wasn't plugging for public office.
The book even has a section devoted to national identity cards, which he said would be "transformational" in improving the quality of government services, reducing graft, and making India's economic growth more inclusive.
"Every piece of life becomes easier," he said. "Just the simple act of saying I stand by who this person claims he is. Can you imagine the value of that?"
Unlike the United States, top business people in India rarely enter public service.
If Nilekani succeeds, he could inspire others to make the shift.
He is keenly aware, however, that establishing the unique identity of 1.2 billion Indians is very complex.
"It keeps me awake at night, thinking what the hell have I got into," Nilekani said.
The challenge is twofold: He must get everyone - including people in remote tribal areas - an ID card and he must ensure that there are no duplicates.
Nilekani plans to create a central database of names, modeled on India's electronic securities depository, and use biometrics - probably some combination of fingerprint and facial identification - to ensure that every Indian gets one and only one identification number.
The first batch of ID cards will come out in 12 to 18 months, he said, but declined to specify how long it might take to complete the rollout. The agency's initial budget is 1.2 billion rupees ($24.6 million), but the total cost will likely be far higher.
"It will take years and years and years," Nilekani said. "Even if it costs a bit of money, if a few hundred million poor people get better public services, it's worth its weight in gold."
Just ask men like Dandekar. The process of getting a fisherman identity card is so predictably and excruciatingly slow that at least three dozen fishermen societies in Mumbai have started issuing temporary identity cards, so people can work while they await their state government ID. Dandekar has one, and that's the only reason he's able to ply his trade while he waits for his state ID - which became compulsory for fishermen after the November terror attack on Mumbai.
The complexity does not end there. All those cards are only good in the state of Maharashtra.
"I need a card that will work all over India," said fisherman Shiv Kumar Chinna Coundar, 38.
Every time he docks in a port in a different state, he has to get permission from the customs office. The more permissions required, the more "chai pani" - literally, "tea water," a local term for bribes - you have to pay, he and others say.
"If they gave us a national identity card, then I wouldn't have to pay chai pani in any state," Coundar said.
There's also the question of security. Absent a foolproof means to establish who someone is, many only hire people they know - cutting off the stream of hungry migrants who pour into Mumbai from jobs.
Boat owner Laxman Hiraji Dhanur, 60, said he has become more concerned about security since last year's terror attack on Mumbai.
Dhanur lives amid a bright jumble of fishing boats, now docked for the monsoon rains, in Bhai Bhandarkar Machimar Colony - the same fishing village 10 Pakistani attackers sneaked through last November before fanning out in pairs to lay siege to the city, killing 166.
Five miles off the coast of this sleepy jumble of shanties, Ajmal Kasab, the only surviving attacker, allegedly slit the throat of the navigator of a hijacked fishing boat.
Such stories send a chill through Dhanur.
He said he can never know for certain if people are who they say - or even if they are really Indian citizens. So he, like many others, relies on word of mouth.
"I only hire my relatives and friends," he said. "If we had a foolproof national identity card, I wouldn't worry so much."
He said he might even hire strangers. Writ large, that small shift in attitude could mean easier access to jobs for millions of Indians. And that would surely be a transformation. [rc]

This is kinda interesting, wanna guess who went to dinner a few days ago with Marc and Jennifer at Madeo?
It was none other but American Idol presenter Ryan Seacrest! When he left the restaurant they asked him what he thought about getting Jennifer Lopez as one of judges on American Idol. Wouldnt that be great? Ryan Seacrest sure thought so and he made sure to call Simon right away to ask on his opinion.
What do you think? Would Jennifer be suited to do the job, would you like her to do it?
Watch the video above and click continue reading to watch the video that will take you back to when Jennifer was a coach on American Idol during Latin week in April 2007.

During the past four decades here in Quillagua, a town in the record books as the driest place on earth, residents have sometimes seen glimpses of raindrops above the foothills in the distance. They never reach the ground, evaporating like a mirage while still in the air.
What the town did have was a river, feeding an oasis in the Atacama Desert. But mining companies have polluted and bought up so much of the water, residents say, that for months each year the river is little more than a trickle and an unusable one at that.
Quillagua is among many small towns that are being swallowed up in the countrys intensifying water wars. Nowhere is the system for buying and selling water more permissive than here in Chile, experts say, where water rights are private property, not a public resource, and can be traded like commodities with little government oversight or safeguards for the environment.
Private ownership is so concentrated in some areas that a single electricity company from Spain, Endesa, has bought up 80 percent of the water rights in a huge region in the south, causing an uproar. In the north, agricultural producers are competing with mining companies to siphon off rivers and tap scarce water supplies, leaving towns like this one bone dry and withering.
Everything, it seems, is against us, said Bartolomé Vicentelo, 79, who once grew crops and fished for shrimp in the Loa River that fed Quillagua.
The population is about a fifth what it was less than two decades ago; so many people have left that he is one of only 120 people still here.
Some economists have hailed the Chilean water rights trading system, which was established in 1981 during the military dictatorship, as a model of free-market efficiency that allocates water to its highest economic use.
But other academics and environmentalists argue that Chiles system is unsustainable because it promotes speculation, endangers the environment and allows smaller interests to be muscled out by powerful forces, like the mining industry.
The Chilean model has gone too far in the direction of unfettered regulation, said Carl J. Bauer, an expert on Chilean water markets at the University of Arizona. It hasnt thought through the public interest.
Australia and the Western United States have somewhat comparable systems, but they contain stronger environmental regulation and conflict resolution than Chiles, Dr. Bauer said.
Chile is a stark example of the debate over water crises across the globe. Concerns about shortages plague Chiles economic expansion through natural resources like copper, fruit and fish all of which require loads of water in a country with limited supplies of it.
The dilemma we are facing is whether we can permit ourselves to continue to develop with the same amount of water we have now, said Rodrigo Weisner, water director in the Public Works Ministry of Chile.
There is no political consensus about how to deal with the challenge of producing the resources we have including the biggest reserves of copper in the world in a country that has the most arid desert in the world, Mr. Weisner said.
Fernando Dougnac, an environmental lawyer in Santiago, the capital, said that balance was particularly difficult because the market can regulate for more economic efficiency, but not for more social-economic efficiency.
Lately, the countrys approach to water has been showing some cracks. In the Atacama Desert city of Copiapó, unbridled water trading and a two-year drought mean that there are many more water rights for the river than water that arrives from the river, Mr. Dougnac said.
Quillagua, in Guinness World Records as the driest place for 37 years, had prospered off the Loa River, reaching a population of 800 by the 1940s. A long-haul train stopped there today the station is abandoned and the towns school was near its 120-student capacity. (Today there are 16 students.)
That prosperity first began to ebb in 1987, when the military government reduced the water to the town by more than two-thirds, said Raul Molina, a geographer at the University of Chile. But the big blows came in 1997 and 2000, when two episodes of contamination ruined the river for crop irrigation or livestock during the critical summer months.
An initial study by a professor concluded that the 1997 contamination had probably come from a copper mine run by Codelco, the state mining giant. The Chilean government then hired German experts, who said the contamination had a natural origin.
The regional Agriculture and Livestock Service of Chile, part of the Ministry of Agriculture, rebutted those findings in 2000, saying in a report that people, not nature, were responsible. Heavy metals and other substances associated with mineral processing were found that killed off the rivers shrimp and made the water undrinkable for livestock. (Drinking water for residents had been transported in for decades.)
Codelco, the worlds largest copper mining company, rejects any responsibility. Pablo Orozco, a company spokesman, said that the river water had been bad for years and that heavy rains around the time of the contamination episodes had briefly swelled it, sweeping sediments and other substances into the water.
But the debate is largely academic because, without suitable water to raise crops, many residents saw no reason to continue resisting outside offers to buy the water rights in their town. One mining company, Soquimich, or S.Q.M., ended up buying about 75 percent of the rights in Quillagua. Most residents moved away; those who remain average around 50 years old.
Quillagua cannot resist much longer, said Alejandro Sanchez, 77, pointing a cane at a parched, grassless field where he once grew corn and alfalfa.
In 2007, the national water agency started investigating claims that Soquimich was extracting even more water from the Loa River than it was due. The inquiry is still pending, officials said, though the company says it has never taken more water than it owns rights to.
But early last year, the regional water authority started satellite monitoring along the Loa. After recording no water at all in the summer of 2007, Quillagua suddenly received small amounts last year and again this January.
That has made water authorities suspicious that companies had been draining more water than permitted, according to Claudio Lam, a regional director for the Chilean water agency.
Even so, the water arriving in the summer is still not enough to produce crops, said Victor Palape, the chief of the Aymara Indians in Quillagua.
In a cruel twist, the town survives only because of daily water trucks that are partly financed by Codelco and Soquimich, the two companies that residents blame most for their troubles.
The residents of Quillagua remain determined. Mr. Palape, who owns the towns main restaurant, still dreams of attracting tourists to the 108 meteor crater sites in and around Quillagua.
His sister Gloria is equally proud of Quillaguas place in history.
To be able to live in the driest place in the world, with everything that has happened, the people have to be resilient, to be stubborn, she said. We are not giving up.
Pascale Bonnefoy contributed reporting from Santiago.

Its a really and truly felicitous day for an unknown peeper who searches out unsuspicious hussies. Cuz the present day he has fixed a couple of mature lezzies, slipping and sliding! And this flick is a hundred-per-cent diamond of his secret collection of spy movies with unsuspicious hussies!
Ok. These two thirsty ladies are not young artists, trying to act like lizzies before the cameras. The sexalted hussies, caught on the voyeur camera, are real lizzies who engage in intense sex, containing clitty-to-clitty and bum-to-bum games besides playing the sixty-nine and fingering.

First off, I'm thrilled that World Without End has FINALLY been released in its original theatrical Cinemascope. Secondly, you get two 1950s B flicks for the price of one. In this package, WWOE is, to my tastes, decidedly better than SITS.
As has been stated WORLD WITHOUT END is a takeoff on HG Wells' TIME MACHINE, 'cept this time the good guys live under ground and the baddies bask in the sun light (when they're not holed up in caves that is.)
Synopsis: An intrepid crew of five U.S. astronuts on their way back to earth from a trek to Mars get a little side tracked in a time warp and end up back on earth but this time about 500 years ahead of schedule. From the time they touch down, things don't go very well at all. They are first attacked by large, stuffed animal spiders in one of the most unintentionally hilarious scenes in sci fi movie history. Next it's literally a night time wake up call by a group of one eyed cyclops neanderthals who toss our boys around like rag dolls before they are pistol whipped into retreat. our desperate crew finally find safety in a cave and are taken in by a group of leotard and skull cap clad wimps who are all that's left of a nuclear war ravaged civilization.
Our boys are wondering, "What in hell are we doing here?" when they are greeted by a bevy of tall, leggy, mini dress-clad Vargas girls of the likes of gorgeous Nancy Gates and Shawn Smith, not to mention a very cute, but slightly shorter brunette, Lisa Montell. Wellll...suddenly things ain't so bad around here after all!! The gals are captivated by the higher testosterone levels of our more manly men. So our now wide-eyed boys decide that these folks could use a little rescuing from their cramped environs and rather desultory existence, so they are now eager to help out a little.
Naturally, there's a party crasher in the crowd named Mories who tries everything in the book to thwart our heroes but eventually gets his comeuppance when he ill advisedly decides to conk Lisa on the head with a brick 'cause she would spread some bad news about him to the authorities. Yep, the neanderthals get him as he flees the cave for "safety", Certainly, an ill advised move on his part.
With some made-for-the-occasion ordinance (a bazooka) from our advanced civilization friends, our heroes splatter a few of the neanderthals around the countryside, just to let everyone know who's boss now. Then Hugh Marlowe wrestles and dispenses with the one eyed chief of the local tribe to seal the deal and everyone returns to the earth's surface to live happily ever after.
This is a fine film that really made an impact on me as a young boy when I saw it in the theater with my folks. Time and cynicism have taken a little off of that edge, but I still enjoy it immensely.
As for SATELLITE in the SKY, this film is as boring and lifeless as its title. Also it has nothing whatsoever to do with satellites. Scientists want to detonate a nuclear bomb in outer space 'cause they're chicken and don't wanna screw up the earth. Imagine that! Sound familiar? But can you imagine someone suggesting something like that in this age?!? Environmentalists, not to mention all the rest of us, would be beyond outraged, dare I say...terrified! That, in itself, would make for a great espionage/drama flick. But not here.
In all fairness (we gotta do that), this was Great Britain's first attempt at a sci fi flick and the film makers are decidedly uncomfortable with the material. The film is uneven in its direction, story line and script. The most exciting portion of the film for me is the very beginning, with some aerial footage of a very cool English Vulcan jet bomber. That was one sweet looking airplane (I love aircraft).
But after that it's too many coffee and sandwich breaks, pointless subplots, tepid love interests, water cooler conversations and a professor who wildly over acts during the space ship sequences that made it difficult for me to stay awake while attempting to finish this film. Ok, so the space ship is cool looking but looks downright silly while it wildly puffs volumes of lazy smoke in outer space. Don't they know there's no oxygen out there? Anyway, the bomb finally (and mercifully) detonates in space to end the film and I can go to bed now!
Technically, the picture quality and sound are first rate for both films but there are virtually no extras of anything. Fortunately, the films give you nice menus with plenty of chapter breaks for scene searching.
In summation, I recommend this dvd package for any fans of 1950s sci fi. And kidding aside, I don't think either film will ultimately disappoint. As for ratings, I give WWOE a solid as a quality B film and **1/2 for SITS.

Has anyone of you noticed that Paris Hilton is getting more famous day by day? She doesn't want him to cum just yet, so she slows it down and strokes his cock with her hands. They hire an instructor to help them. She sucks her juices off of his cock and then she jerks him off with her feet! She had him stand up so she could suck a mean dick. She continues to swallow one of the guys as she is used and abused by these guys who just want to blow you away right now.

In this exclusive audio interview Emmy Winner Charlotte Robinson talks with Robin McGehee, Lead Organizer of Meet in the Middle 4 Equality, about their first statewide demonstration following the California Supreme Court rulings which upheld the ban on gay marriage. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) advocates allies gathered in Fresno, California Saturday, May 30th in solidarity to support full federal equality. This all-inclusive event brought supporters of social justice equality from across California ask them to renew their dedication to fight for the rights of LGBT individuals who currently struggle to have their rights protected. Progressive leaders activists set goals for a new movement which will call upon organizers attendees to continue the fight call upon the Obama administration the federal government to provide full equality to LGBT individuals. Meet in the Middle is the beginning of a civil rights movement for todays generation. In a symbolic sign of respect to the social movements of the past present, the event began with a 5 hour, 14.5 mile Equality March from Selma, California to downtown Fresno, California. The march rally are the result of a major grassroots effort, modeled after President Obamas campaign relying on the Internet word of mouth. Traditionally, the LGBT rights movement has concentrated efforts in major metropolitan cities, but California voter demographics from November 2008 reflect that this approach did not garner the expected results. Consequently, organizers for Meet in the Middle have created an inward-working-out geographic strategy based upon the belief that the or of the LGBT rights movement will be in smaller communities needing equality education, resources and support communities like Fresno which are at the epicenter of middle-American values. McGehee was one of the 18, 000 gay couples legally married in California in 2008.

The latest link with the Reds comes courtesy of a betting flurry late last Thursday which saw odds on Bayern Munich's Franck Ribery joining the club fall from 66/1 to 8/13 before all bets on the player moving to Merseyside were suspended - leading to intense speculation that the French international will be trading in the Allianz-Arena for Anfield in the near future. Interestingly Skybet, who lead the dramatic reducing of odds on Ribery's Liverpool move, also slashed odds on former Reds striker Michael Owen joining Manchester United 24 hours before it was announced that the former Liverpool player had signed for the Old Trafford outfit. Perhaps they know something that the regular Joe Bloggs in the stands and indeed those in the editorial offices of newspapers and websites don't.

#1 This female reality judge on an A list reality program is getting paid to endorse a product. The product has a very limited budget for publicity. It is about $200,000 for an entire year. Our reality star spent $20,000 of it in one weekend on hotels, room service and the long distance calls of her agent.
Ok Im going with Paula Abdul on this. No reason other than its a female reality star judge. But I guess it could be just about any of them, Padma, Sharon Osbourne, the screaming girl on SYTYCD..
#2 This C list movie actor in a blockbuster summer movie paid for his date to be at the premiere. As in she charged him by the hour paid. She looked it too.
Summer blockbuster? Um, Transformers? Who came with a trashy looking date?
#3 4 This age inappropriate booty call relationship had another episode when our B listers hooked up again. The guy does movies and television but has made his fame on one television show. The woman does primarily television but does a movie when someone is dumb enough to pay her.
Oh I have no idea.
